My Philosophy
I work as a humanistic therapist. This means that I value you as an equal, someone who is an expert on their own experience.
I will endeavour to treat you at all times with the utmost respect, and to work with you in a way that best suits you, to explore your issues and try to help you to find more rewarding and satisfying ways of living your life.
My Story
I am a qualified counsellor, with an MA in Counselling from the University of East Anglia. I work in private practice, counselling in the Norwich area and online. I also work with other therapists, providing clinical supervision on a one-to-one basis and in group settings. In addition I have co-tutored on Foundation in Counselling Skills courses for Training Associates.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

My private practice hours are Wednesday 9:45am - 6pm and Thursday 10am - 6pm.
