I work as a humanistic therapist. This means that I value you as an equal, someone who is an expert on their own experience.
I will endeavour to treat you at all times with the utmost respect, and to work with you in a way that best suits you, to explore your issues and try to help you to find more rewarding and satisfying ways of living your life.
I am a qualified counsellor, with an MA in Counselling from the University of East Anglia. I work in private practice, counselling in the Dereham area of mid-Norfolk, and, until recently, for the Matthew Project in Norwich and South Norfolk. In addition to this I co-tutor on Foundation in Counselling Skills courses for Training Associates.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Email me to book an appointment, or for more information, or text or call on 07749 818328. You can leave a voicemail message at any time including your name and contact number and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I aim to respond within 24 hours during the week and 48 hours at weekends.
My private practice hours are Wednesday 10am - 6pm and Thursday 10am - 6pm.
